Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities:
1. Receive customer inquiries and product warranty through telephone, service mailbox or WeChat customer service.
2. Listen to customer problem descriptions, guide customers for fault checking and processing.
3. Receive customer complaints and determine the severity of the problem for escalation, provide feedback and follow up on the comments made by customers.
4. Record and update each repairs and processing process and results systematically.
5. Be good at finding the customer\\\'s obstacle point in the experience, summarize and give feedback to the upper level leadership in a timely manner, and actively put forward optimization suggestions for the company\\\'s products, service processes, systems, etc.
Requirements:
1. Academic and professional requirements: college degree or above, major is not limited.
2. Work experience requirements: those with relevant experience in telemarketing, call center telephone customer service, etc.; We accept excellent freshmen/interns from various universities and colleges.
3. Relevant skills and language requirements: Proficiency in office software; Standard Mandarin; Multi-lingual is a plus (Korean, Cantonese, Malay, English, Filipino, etc.)
